GROUP APPOINTMENTS (2 people & up)

Please call for group appointment. If group appointment is not available, you can book individually but please don’t use the same email for each customer . If request a specific nail tech, please call to check time availability before booking.
A credit card "HOLD ON FILE" will required. There will be a $20 charges for each service blocked and if clients change mind at last minute or missed appointment time. For this group reservation, you must cancel 24 hours in advance if there's more than 4 clients to this appointment. Accept only 1 credit card "HOLD" for appointment . At the time of service payments can be pay individually per person. For less than 4 clients to this appointment, you must call to cancel 3 hours in advance to waived the cancellation fees.

PLEASE BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENTS AND YOUR FAMILIES/ FRIENDS APPOINTMENTS WITH A SEPARATE EMAIL ADDRESS. ONE EMAIL PER CUSTOMER OR ELSE IT CAN MESS UP YOUR APPOINTMENT SERVICE.
Please come 10 minutes earlier than your appointment so you have enough time to pick out your colors. If clients are late for their appointment, they will be consider a walk-in clients and the appointment are no longer valid. Your requested appointment technician will not be available. Late arrival will be taken in by the next nail tech, if available.
If a clients arrived late too many time for their appts. , we will no longer honor your appointments due to too many late arrival. Yes the system does keep track how often you arrived late. We will have to cancel all future bookings and requested that you walk-in at your own time. If one clients show up late it will put us behind on our back to back appointments. It's not fair to us or to other customers if you are late. We respect your time, so we ask that you respect our time as well. Thank you for your business! If you need to cancel your appointment, the cut off time is 3 hours before your appointment. A $20 fees will be charged to your credit card if you missed your appointments or cancel under 3 hour window. No refund! No exception! . Please keep in mind, our online system have a frequent reminder and also stated to come early. Thank you for your business and sorry for all the inconvenience.

HOW TO CANCEL ONLINE APPOINTMENTS.

Open your email, in that email it will have the link to cancel your appointment as long as your appointment is 3 hours away. Late cancellation will be charged $20. Please recheck your email address before confirming your appointment. If one letter is spelled wrong you will not receive an email confirmation.
